Article 1: Definitions & Contractual Scope
- Seller / Platform: HEPTA Egypt, a registered streetwear and apparel entity operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Consumer / Buyer: Any natural person or entity accessing the website to purchase goods for personal or retail consumption.
- Products: Streetwear garments, oversized t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories offered on the store.
- Custom-Made Goods: Any garment customized or printed to individual buyer specifications via the design studio.
Article 2: Pricing, Currency & Applicable Taxes
1. All prices displayed on the platform are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of all statutory taxes including Value Added Tax (VAT 14%) where applicable.
2. HEPTA reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional campaigns at any time. The legally binding price for any order is the price confirmed at the exact time of checkout submission.
3. Shipping and handling charges are calculated according to official courier rates for each Egyptian governorate and are transparently presented at checkout prior to payment commitment.
Article 3: Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy & Fraud Prevention
1. In order to prevent bad faith checkout submissions and courier resource waste, buyers selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) are legally obligated to receive the parcel and remit payment upon courier arrival at the designated address.
2. Unexcused rejection of deliveries or unreachable customer contacts after three (3) consecutive attempts entitles HEPTA to permanently restrict that customer profile and phone number to pre-paid digital payment methods (Paymob / Credit Card) on all future orders, without prejudice to our right to claim recovery for wasted logistics fees.
Article 4: Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeiting (Law No. 82 of 2002)
All trademarks, logos, graphic artworks, apparel designs, digital lookbooks, photographs, and software assets are the exclusive intellectual property of HEPTA and are protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002. Commercial reproduction, counterfeiting, or unauthorized distribution of HEPTA designs will result in immediate civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and seizure of counterfeit goods under Egyptian jurisdiction.
Article 5: Garment Care Disclaimer & Sizing Tolerances
1. Sizing measurements in our charts reflect standard manufacturing tolerances (+/- 1 to 2 cm).
2. HEPTA garments are engineered from premium heavy cotton and specialized textiles requiring strict adherence to sewn-in garment care labels (cold wash inside out, no bleach, no direct iron on prints). We disclaim all liability for fabric damage or print deterioration resulting from improper wash handling.
Article 6: Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cairo Economic Courts (المحاكم الاقتصادية بالقاهرة).
